yes we have levels.
If you are new to yoga, definitely start with a Level 1 class.
+ do you rent out mats?
No, we provide good quality yoga mats free of charge.
+ do you let in latecomers?
No, if the blind is down the class has already started, please do not disturb others practising yoga.
+ what is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 cancellation policy, after which time late cancelled or unnattended sessions will be deducted from class packs / memberships. You may book into class up to 30 minutes before the start time.
Osteopathy
+ how do i book an osteopathy appointment?
Click the link at the top of our website says 'Book Osteopathy". It will take you to the app. View this video to see a step by step guide on how to book through the mindbody app in less than a minute.
+I have private health insurance, can I claim osteopathy ?
We are registered with Cigna, BUPA, Aviva, Vitality, Healix, Healthshield, Pruhealth, WPA. We ask patients to pay RebelStudio. directly and we provide an invoice to make a claim to your private health insurance provider who will pay some or all of your treatment.
Studio etiquette
+ Can i bring my mobile phone into the studio?
absolutely not. We also recommend taking your apple watch off to practice yoga. Water, your own mat, sweat towels only.
+ Do you have lockers?
yes we have lockers with phone chargers inside them, so you can lock away your valuables.

+ I've done a yoga teacher training, does that mean anything?
unfortunately not, join the queue like everyone else. You should probably start with a Level 1 class to iron out all the bad technique you've accrued.

Not at Rebel Studio. We teach a specific style of yoga, pace and sequences that aren't suited to everyone.
+ Can you put me on the cover list, I've just done a yoga teacher training?
We don't have one. You have to be invited to train with us after establishing a regular Rebel yoga practice.
