Osteopathy + Therapeutix

Therapeutix is our new fully reclining 4D massage chair, combining dynamic roller massage with air compression and soothing heat.

We’ve combined it with osteopathy to bring together personalised hands-on treatment and a deeply relaxing massage experience.

A one-hour session comprises 30 minutes of expert osteopathy incorporating stretching and realignment to reset, followed by up to 30 minutes cocooned in the Therapeutix, helping to release aching muscles and leave you feeling recharged.

FAQs

  • During examination and treatment, depending on the affected area(s), males may be asked to dress down to underwear. Females typically wear a sports bra, and you may also want to bring a pair of loose fitting shorts to change into.

  • Please book an appointment and make payment directly. We will issue you an invoice for you to provide to your healthcare provider. We are registered with Aviva, BUPA Global, Cigna, Healix, Healthshield, PruHealth, Simplyhealth, Universal Provident, Vitality or WPA. BUPA policyholders see below.

  • For BUPA policyholders only, please check the osteopathy availability on this page and request an appointment by email or WhatsApp business, providing your pre-authorisation number. We will book you in and bill Bupa directly. Please note, there is often an excess that can apply after billing.

  • If you have any relevant medical documents, such as an imaging report, or a link to scans, please provide these before the appointment.

  • A sauna + osteopathy session lasts 90 minutes, and starts with 45 minutes use of the private sauna. This relaxation prepares the body and mind for 45 minutes of osteopathic hands on work to release specific areas of tension and mobilise the whole body.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, missed or cancelled appointments after this time will be charged in full.

  • We rarely have availability at short notice, if you are in urgent need of an appointment please send a message via WhatsApp and we will get back to you only if there is an available time.
